Summary: With White-Supremacist terrorism becoming an everyday reality in North America, FWR host @TheAngryindian – via the medium of (AfroIndio) spoken word – offers a personal deconstructionist perspective based upon his own experiences growing-up within an ideological and intellectually-rich African-Resistance environment. Although his criticisms are not meant to insult or demean the modern African liberation movement within the United States or Occupied Canada, the fact remains that – broadly speaking – our strongest criticisms seem reserved for anti-intellectual argumentation; One-Drop Rule Colourism bias; acceptable levels of ‘conscious’ Homophobia and Black Folk who suggest that careless chatter concerning ‘Revolution’ might very well serve to work against the Afro-American community in the long run.

The late Eldridge Cleaver (seen here with his wife, Sis. Kathleen Cleaver) began as a journalist for the alternative press; matured politically and became a founding member of the Oakland Black Panther Prty for Self-Defense and by the end of his life had become a ‘Moonie’; a practising Mormon and a hardcore, neoliberal conservative Republican. Is it possible to explain such an unlikely and contradictory personal political history?
