It’s never going to stop until we, African Americans, come together as one and let the world know we are not going to take this crap anymore. Thee are too many African Americans turning their backs on their own people. If we do it to ourselves, what do we expect from others? How do we expect them to treat us? If we have a platform to bring attention to these issues, why do we continue to ignore their existence? Why do they continue to talk about Dr. Martin Luther King, but turn their heads in the face of corruption and trample on his dream, except when it suits their purpose? Wrongful convictions affect the Black race of people more so than any other race, yet we are the last ones to lend a helping hand to each other, whether we have the means to do so or not. In many respects, we have enslaved ourselves!!
